W ostatnim czasie zmienilem operatora internetu, gdyz poprzednie stale lacza wydawaly mi sie zbyt wolne. Teraz mam super szybkie polaczenie - do 25 Mbit/s co umozliwia mi otwieranie jednoczesne wielu miejsc na internecie, ktore wymagaja szybkiego polaczenia np: ladowanie i korzystanie z roznych programow, ogladanie filmow, ruchomych zestawien fotograficznych itp. Stalo sie to za sprawa mojej corki Asi (zdjecie obok) , ktora duzo eksperymentuje wykonujac wlasne nagrania muzyczne uzywajac do tego celu profesjonalne programy komputerowe. Ma juz gotowych pare utworow muzycznych w swoim wykonaniu co byc moze opublikuje tutaj w niedlugim czasie. Poza tym za miesiac rozpoczyna drugi fakultet (oprocz psychologi) - TV Production, wiec bedzie potrzebowala szybkie polaczenie z internetem.

I've just got a new and much faster internet connection (up to 25 Mbit/s) so it will take less time to download from the net or watch various things that require quicker transmission. This mostly because of my daughter Asia (picture above) who is going to use her computer during her studies of TV Production as well as psychology the third term.

My new project

I've started today quite a big project: that is transmission of my all old video-films recorded during the last 20 years on the both VHS and 8mm-tapes and I have to admit that this is going to take some time. I simply came to the conclusion that my old records will be much safer on the modern DVD, not to mention simplicity of copying them as many times as I wish.
I've just transmitted my first VHS-video from 1987. Well, it was quite a long time ago, wasn't it ? To accomplish my project I've bought a new LG DVD-recorder which can manage all possible file-formats as I'm gonna do some other things as well.


Wlasnie dzisiaj zabralem sie za przegrywanie moich wszystkich starych filmow VHS oraz 8 mm, ktore obejmuja stosunkowo dlugi period, bo ostatnie 20 lat. Zapewne zajmie mi to sporo czasu, ale doszedlem do wniosku, ze jest to konieczne. Stare filmy nagrane na tasmach analogowych traca przeciez powoli na jakosci, a poza tym wkrotce pewnie nie bedzie juz na czym ich odtwarzac. Przegram je bezposrednio na DVD plytki a kopiowanie filmow nagranych juz na DVD zabiera znacznie krotszy czas i mozna robic to na komputerze. Bylem zatem zmuszony kupic nowy LG DVD-recorder z mozliwoscia nagrywania, ktory daje sobie rade ze wszystkimi formatami co jest dla mnie wazne, gdyz mam w planie takze robienie innych filmow w roznych programach i w roznych formatach.

Cannes - The End

The worlds biggest ocean cruise liner the Queen Mary 2, anchored in the Cannes harbour so there is nothing more regarding this town that could make me more surprised. Najwiekszy statek pasazerski swiata Queen Mary 2 zakotwiczony w porcie Cannes. Zatem chyba juz mnie nic nie zdziwi jesli chodzi o to miasto, bo nie mialem pojecia, ze tak olbrzymi statek moze tu zawitac. Cannes to naprawde bardzo mile miejsce na letnie wakacje i jestem przekonany, ze przyjade tu byc moze w niedalekiej przyszlosci. Le Vieux Port

One of the many luxurious boats in the Vieux Port in Cannes. This one has all the facilities you can imagine: even a helicopter on board and a couple of jet-skies, airconditioning, internet, etc. They are coming from differents parts of the world. The boat above is from The Marshall Islands. The Vieux Port is situated only several meters from the famous Palais des Festivals and La Croisette Boulvard where life goes on the whole night.

W porcie Vieux w Cannes mozna zobaczyc dziesiatki luksusowych jachtow i lodzi. Wyposazone sa one we wszystko co jest mozliwe np. ratunkowy helikopter, jetskies, internet, klimatyzacje i wiele innych udogodnien. Sa one z roznych czesci swiata, nawet najdalszych zakatkow. W porcie tym panuje osobliwy nastroj a jest on polozony zaledwie pare metrow od slynnego palacu filmowego, gdzie co roku odbywa sie znany festiwal filmowy. Tutaj rozpoczyna sie tetniacy zyciem cala noc cudowny La Croisette Boulvard.

Trawiaste wybrzeze w Malmö - doskonale miejsce dla tych, ktorzy nie lubia sie tylko smazyc w sloncu. Tutaj mozna np. grilowac, grac w pilke itp. Na zdjeciu wszystkie drzewa kwitna wiec moze nie jest to najlepsze miejsce dla alergikow. W Malmö jest jeszcze pare plazy piaszczystych polozonych blizej centrum miasta.

My daughter Joanna a little bit tired after a long day at university where she studies psychology second term. She didn't want to pose to my photos so I was forced to take these shots very quickly taking advantage of a little break she took for supper.

Torup

Torup is a little village situated just a few km from Malmö. There is nothing special about Torup although it can offer a lot of space for recreation with its plenty of health-footpath so that you can work out your muscles. Here you can also admire a charming countryside and take a nice hot cup of coffee in the picturesque building that you can see on my photos.
